About IMC
Interior Maintenance Company, Inc. (IMC) was founded in 1973 by Charles and Maria Mongiello to provide quality contract cleaning services for commercial facilities. Joined by sons Chuck in 1986 and Matt in 1990, IMC remains a family owned and operated business employing over ninety individuals.
Over the years, IMC has grown and evolved into one of the premier facility maintenance organizations in the Mid-Atlantic Region. With the addition of Air Duct cleaning in 1990, Kitchen Hood cleaning in 1998, High Surface Combustible Dust and Industrial cleaning in 2005, and Kitchen Equipment cleaning and Pressure Washing in 2012, IMC now provides a unique and full array of specialty services which can address any aspect of indoor environmental maintenance.
IMC primarily serves customers throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC comprised of offices, schools, hospitals, government institutions and industrial facilities. We employ a management staff with years of knowledge and experience in the commercial cleaning industry. We also partner with many other companies in affiliated industries including mechanical contractors, filter manufacturers, industrial hygienists, air balancers, and indoor air quality consultants. With this vast capability of resources at hand, IMC is able to provide a fast, efficient, and cost effective response to any building environment’s need.
IMC has maintained its growth and success for over fifty years because of its ability to communicate with its clients.
