Many of IMC’s foremen have background training in a wide variety of industries including asbestos abatement, restoration cleaning, HVAC and Mechanical contracting, construction, and other building maintenance services.
IMC staff is frequently requested to train and educate consultants, industrial hygienists, engineers and architects on the proper methods and techniques of cleaning ventilation systems, and in the assistance of investigating and resolving indoor air quality concern.

IMC’s Residential crew technicians average four years of experience and have cleaned thousands of townhouses, colonials, ranchers, split levels, apartments, condos, high rises, mansions and all other types of homes found in the Philadelphia metropolitan and suburban areas.

IMC is a member since 1991 of NADCA – The HVAC Inspection, Maintenance and Restoration Association. NADCA is an internationally recognized organization that set Standards and provide Certification and training for the air duct cleaning industry. A small group of approximately 1,000 contractors worldwide have obtained certification from NADCA.

- Dave Gerhard (IMC Project Estimator) is a founding member of NADCA 1989.
- Davidge Warfield (IMC Project Estimator 1991-1993) served as President of NADCA 1992-1993.
- Matt Mongiello (IMC Vice President) served on the NADCA Board of Directors from 2003 to 2013 as Secretary, Treasurer, 2nd Vice President, 1st Vice President, and President.
